By creating an account on juuri, you agree to these terms. juuri provides tools for managing your business — point of sale, online ordering, kitchen display, inventory, and related services.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You own your data. Menu items, orders, customer information, and business data you create on juuri belong to you. You can export or delete your data at any time.
juuri's Zero plan is free with no monthly fees. Paid plans are billed monthly. Payment processing fees from Stripe apply to card transactions regardless of plan. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before changing pricing on your current plan.
We aim to keep juuri available and reliable, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We'll do our best to notify you in advance of planned maintenance.
You can cancel your account at any time. If you're on a paid plan, your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of juuri after changes means you accept the updated terms.
